The company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of XCMG, is a "world-class, green, intelligent and high-end parts industrial base" that XCMG has invested 1.5 billion RMB to build to strengthen the layout of the high-end technology industrial chain. The project is divided into two phases: the first phase is a cast iron project, in which three imported cast iron modeling lines, namely, horizontal box-removal modeling line, vertical box-less modeling line and static pressure modeling line, will be constructed, with an annual capacity of 90,000 tons. The annual capacity is 30,000 tons. The whole is equipped with imported sand treatment system, medium frequency induction furnace, AGV automatic transfer equipment, intelligent unit for cold (hot) core manufacturing, 3D printer, spectral analyzer, shot blasting equipment, heat treatment furnace, robot grinding unit, coating line, CNC machining center, automatic three-dimensional warehouse and other equipment.
